Oh dear that is a problem and I can't seem to recreate it, as when I use open ID with my blogger account it remembers me fine when I go to add another comment. Does it help at all if you use your wordpress account for Open ID? If you keep having problems let me know and I'll open a support request, but if you have no luck, I'm totally happy to see you here Anonymous just with your name put at the end (I don't know how annoying this might get for you though).

I didn't know that - awesome fact :) Maybe I should read Carre, then 'The Gone Away World'. As for Kraken I think it's one of those polarizing novels. I lurved it, but then I fell under Dane's spell half way through. Reminded me a little bit of Terry Pratchett actually, quirkier and funnier than 'The City and The City'.
